Subsidies will be provided through partnerships with the airline industry for improvements in fuel efficiency, ticket pricing, fleet updating and maintenance. 

Research and analysis in developing more efficient fuels will be a major source of employment in the science community. Partnering with several research organizations and universities, students and professionals will be able to lead us into a new realm of cleaner skies and environment.
